How can Hypnotherapy help?

Life is complicated and likes to throw us curveballs, I know it has for me! We have childhoods riddled with struggle, anxiety and even trauma. As an adult sometimes it seems the world never gives us a break. It’s no wonder that you can be left feeling depleted, exhausted, anxious and overwhelmed.

From this place of overwhelm we often turn to food, cigarettes or alcohol. We begin to have trouble sleeping and functioning. Simple decisions become difficult. You may find yourself diagnosed with depression or anxiety. This is all much more normal that you might believe.

I believe you can feel better. Period.

How Many Sessions Do I Need?

It took awhile to get where you are and it may take several sessions to see the massive change you are desiring. Be patient and loving with yourself during this process. Sessions are 75-90 minutes and can be done in person or by Zoom from anywhere. I recommend the following:

1 Session – For a quick fix and to help clear your energy and see positive change

4 Sessions – Great for motivation, achievement, stress reduction, relationship support, anxiety and insomnia

10 Sessions – For total life transformation and for chronic issues such as long term anxiety, depression, weight release, life transitions.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to assist you in creating a life you love. My goal is to help you heal and live from a place of love and joy.

In hypnotherapy, you are always in control

It is NOT possible me to force you to do anything while under hypnosis. You will be completely aware of everything going on. The type of hypnosis I practice is highly interactive which means we will be talking during the session.

You are not asleep or unconscious

You are conscious and will remember the session, but you will be in a heightened state of consciousness. This is very similar to the feeling of being “zoned out” while doing tasks or watching television. You will feel completely aware but relaxed.

You may not feel different.

Or, you may feel heavy, light, or tingly. Your body may feel asleep with your mind awake. Or just relaxed. There  is no right or wrong way to experience hypnotherapy.

Almost everyone can be hypnotized

Being hypnotized simply means being in trance like state where you feel very relaxed. From this place it is easy to access your subconsious mind and find the places you are stuck. We then work together to heal and release what no longer serves you.  If you don’t want to be hypnotized, a hypnotherapist can not force this on you.
