We will dig deep and go where you may not have explored before to uncover:

• What are your beliefs around yourself and how are they showing up in your life
• What parts of your past are ready to be released to set you free
• What old beliefs and thoughts have been keeping you stuck and release them

• Learn why you are NOT lacking will power and how to stop beating yourself up
