I’ve seen it happen all too many times, and it’s happened to me or I wouldn’t be here to talk about it. You get up in the morning, you are ready to take on the world. Then it happens. Stress happens. Life happens. Your emotions come bubbling up like an explosive volcano.
And you start to feel overwhelmed, and anxious. Before you know it you’re drinking your 4th cup of coffee, snapping at everyone and just want to hide under the covers. oothie. A cookie, or a 10 cookies or a bag of potato chips (ahem – my drug of choice). You just want to STOP THE STRESS.
Are you with me? Because when you are eating, or drinking, or binge watching Netflix, anything to drown out the stress…you don’t have to think about the emotions that you are feeling at that moment.
